Los Angeles – CBRE announced Alfred Coffee leased space at shopping and entertainment center One Colorado in Old Town Pasadena, Calif.
Brandon Cohan with CBRE represented the tenant in the 10-year lease.
The 1,200 square-foot space, located at 55 W Colorado Boulevard, is an outdoor entertainment shopping center featuring retailers such as Nike, Sephora and Vince and restaurants including Sushi Roku, Il Fornaio and ice cream chain Salt & Straw.
“Alfred Coffee is one of the hottest coffee shop brands in the country,” said Cohan, who is working with the chain exclusively in this region. “They have been expanding through the Greater Los Angeles area, opening in the highest-performing high-exposure locations.”
He added, “This hard corner is a flagship location for them in this region.”
The brand recently opened locations in Rick Caruso’s Palisades Village, on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice, Malibu Country Mart and in Westwood Village. The chain is looking to further add locations across the Greater Los Angeles area.
